PyEcog2 is now available at https://github.com/KullmannLab/pyecog2.
PyEcog2 is a python software for video-EEG data analysis. It was originally developed to automate the identification of seizures in long video-EEG telemetry recordings of rodent data. However, it can be used to automate the identification of arbitrary brain states, it has, for example, been tested with sleep data successfully distinguishing awake, deep-sleep, and REM-sleep states. A scientific manuscript is under preparation.
The current version of the software expands the original PyEcog with video synchronization, multi-channel and multi-label capabilities, and also spectral-analysis tools. The original version can be found at https://github.com/jcornford/pyecog
